Ingredients

  • 1 green tea bag (or black tea)
  • 4-5 saffron threads
  • 4-5 fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sweetener of choice)
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Ice cubes

Preparation Steps

    Brew the Tea : Boil 2 cups of water. Add the saffron threads and let them steep for 2 minutes to release color and aroma. Add the tea bag and steep for 3-5 minutes. Remove the tea bag and let the tea cool.
